This school year, our orchestra operational budget decreased by thousands of dollars. To offset the costs of running this program successfully we will be launching our fundraising campaign on day 1. We will using Livingtree as our fundraising portal. These funds will help us with scholarships, supplies, and orchestra program activities (on campus and off campus) to continue our tradition of excellence.
If we hit our fundraising goal of $15,000 by end of September we will not have to engage in additional fundraisers during the year, which will save everytime time and hassle! Please share the link below with your families and friends and help us spread the word about our fundraising campaign!!
Come join us for an informal gathering where you can have fun while getting to know other LBJ Orchestra families! We will also be discussing future plans regarding the orchestra program and ways parents can get involved and help support the students.
When: Friday, September 20 from 6:30 to 8:30
Where: LBJ High School Cafeteria
We're looking forward to seeing you there!
